Many people prefer to lie down on their yoga mats during a Sound Bath healing session and some may choose to sit in a comfortable chair. Closing your eyes will help you feel calm and heighten your other senses, especially hearing the feeling tones of the gongs. Karyn Diane usually plays the musical instruments from the stage for an hour. The room is often darkened during this peaceful relaxing time together. To deepen and enhance your sound bath experience instruments are occasionally played around the room. The vibrations from the ocean drum and the gong are especially powerful. Instruments are played such as the Tam-Tam Gong, the Wind Gong, Ocean Drums, Koshi Bells, and the Alchemy Crystal Bowls.
