What could be better than live music, a cool evening breeze, a lawn chair, and harbor views just beyond the Museum grounds? This fall, the Texas Maritime Museum is opening its gates for Music at the Museum, a series of free outdoor concerts featuring talented local musicians in a setting that is hard to beat. Bring a lawn chair or blanket, gather your friends and family, grab a bite from a different local food truck at each concert, and settle in for an evening of great music right on the harbor. Kicking off the series: Tule Creek Troubadours Tuesday, September 15 Gates open at 6:00 PM Music: 6:30–8:30 PM Texas Maritime Museum grounds FREE admission! And this is just the beginning. More local bands will take the stage throughout the fall, giving our community and visitors a chance to discover some of the incredible talent right here in our own backyard. Come for the music.
