Sail into comfort cooking with confidence on Friday, March 27th, 2026, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM in this hands-on class featuring a creamy tarragon chicken with angel hair pasta, a dish that balances fresh herbs, cream-based sauces, and classic technique. Students will learn methods for pan-cooking chicken, developing a smooth and flavorful cream sauce, working with fresh herbs, and properly cooking delicate pasta for ideal texture. As with every class in the series, participants will enjoy their finished meal on site alongside a complimentary glass of wine. Hosted in the Texas Maritime Museum Education Room, this chef-led experience offers a welcoming setting and personalized instruction. Space is limited, and guests are encouraged to reserve early or sign up for more than one class. Everything you need is provided. Just come hungry and ready to learn. This event is designed for adults, ages 21+. Cost is $65 per participant.
