More than 50 potential sites were evaluated using a wide-ranging set of criteria that included\, among others:\n\n	Availability of the land to purchase\n	Size (the project needs 1\,300 - 1\,400 acres to encompass the facility and a significant buffer zone)\n	Ability to remove encumbrances on the land from wetlands\, oil and mineral leases\, wind leases\, title\, rights of way and easements\n	Access to a deep water port\n	Ability to transport large equipment from the port to the site (taking into account highway overpasses\, power lines\, municipalities\, bridge capacity\, etc.)\n	Access to pipeline infrastructure\, rail lines and highways\n	Availability of constructions workforce\, lodging\, etc\n	Availability of utilities and services\n\n\nAs corporate citizens in the community\, ExxonMobil and SABIC would not only bring financial benefits to the area but positive community benefits as well.
