This workshop was developed from several proven practices which are simple to adopt and apply to your life and career. It will provide several tools and techniques to maximize your effectiveness in completing your most important tasks.\n\n\n\nBiography\n\nBrad Chilcote retired in 2019 after a career beginning in the military\, continuing in information technology leadership\, and ending as an entrepreneur providing career and business coaching. After continuing as a volunteer providing career and business coaching\, he decided to reenter the workforce as an adjunct professor for Texas A&M University-Commerce\; teaching an undergraduate online course in career counseling. Brad remains focused on building a legacy as a bridge builder (based on Will Allen Dromgoole's poem) building bridges for others to achieve success in their lives.\n\n\n\nBrad serves on the Executive Advisory Board for the Children's Coalition of Aransas County\, as a volunteer for the Rockport-Fulton Chamber Business Builders Committee\, and as a bridge officer for the Rockport Yacht Club. After graduating from Leadership Aransas County Class XXV\, he also facilitates the program for current and future classes. Brad has a Master of Science in Counseling degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma City University\; and is certified as a coach\, mentor\, and instructor.
